Who has access to Teams?

All Frostburg State University faculty, staff, and students with an Office 365 account have access to Teams.

Can I invite someone out of the FSU organization?

Yes. They are considered guests and are allowed in Teams. 

Where does a recorded meeting get stored?

Once the recording stops, the meeting is available in Stream which is another Office 365 application. All members of the meeting have access to the recording. 

Why do I sometimes get emails about Teams chat notification?

You get an email from Teams when a Teams message is not read within an hour of receiving it.

What is a Teams live event?

Live events give users the ability to stream events to a large online audience.

Can I remove members from a Team?

Yes. The owner of the team can remove members.
